for 64 bit use this NetFx20SP2_ia64.exe

for 32bit use this NetFx20SP2_x86.exe

instal this dotnet u solve ur problem

if yu gen any error install below given microsoft.net framework

i had to manualu enable net framework options in win7 control panel,all is well
