sir i got 3100 no signal when searching in manual no network found...any exact solotion???

in many cases of network problem in nokia 3100 may be resulted fromthe problem of uem .

statistical analysis on my past experiance
force me to say so

dry or refix uem IF NOT SOLVED BY WHAT THATDONE AS IN THE PICTURE ABOVE
