3120 Contact Service

Bro Help me please!
N3120 I receive Auto Shut-off about 30 sec. (Blue Screen Display then Off),
I try to full erase (success) and full flash (IMEI ---) ASIC: 2
but displayed "Phone restricted undo"... then i try change the RPL now displayed Contact Service... What should I do? Please HELP ME BROTHER!

go to imei tool
read ume imei
check

if therealso iT Is bad u have to replace UEM

do rpl service

go to imei tool and write original imei here , do unlock , if it did not unlock then your UEM faulty .
