Making Jumper through Metter

Any one knows how to make a jumper without jumper picture solution and using metter how is possible to make a jumper through metter or notpossible its urgent anyone help me i have only few pictures jumper solution now i want make jumper my self through metter

My dear br you can't use meter to make jumper but you can use it to determine if there's a a problem with the line bus, read the resistance, voltage and to check continuity of a particular component. After that you can now make jumper.

No u ddnt do with metter for make jumper u must use pcb diagrams with voltage finding n using other same model running pcb for tally voltages. (but u can check open tracks with the help of multi metter)
