hi,
i think ur phone is affected with comwarrier virus,
please format and ur phone and important one remove ur memory card before formating and scan with best antivirus with pc or format ur mmc with the help of pc...

to slove this problem y will format it by pressing simultanmant the green button and 3 and * button and power button dont release after it show formating

6630 donnot display formation
it.ll take time and format the phone
