    Default Free RPL for all Nokia WD2 and DCT4

    Many time I tested it . Phone demages after 220V or after water demaged ( UEM ) .first change UEM IC . check IMEI . IMEI must be ??????????????? or ??????????????4 after change UEM . Open J.A.F check connection phone with JAF and do the following steps :
    1) select IMEI TOOL
    2) select WRITE RPL
    3) WARNING!!! Using wrong RPL file may damage the phone paramently Continue!!! select YES
    4) select RPL file
    5) If writing OK do UNLOCK

    NOTE !!! Be carefully to select correct ASIC . ONLY USE NEW UEM IC

    U can use ASIC for many phones not only for 1 phone.
    If u want to change UEM of 1202 or 1203 change UEM IC and power on phone check IMEI it must be ??????????????4 write RPL like other DCT4 dont unlock after write RPL power on it . it must be work if SIM NOT VALID and IMEI is OK unlock it with MT-Box all be OK

    after change and write RPL sometimes antenna appears for 5 seconds so write PM

    the RPL's used only for DCT4 and WD2 phones . U cannot use them for BB5 .
    there are no any universal RPL for BB5 phones .
