nokia 1200 flash problem

hi brother
i have 1200 his problem is hang and restart
i flash the set version 5.23
mcu file flash ok
cnt file flash ok
but ppm file flash time show error
1st boot error
2 time i connect the and write the ppm single file
and uisetting ok
set work ok one hour
but one hour latter its show same problem
i wash and reheat the bord
and flash it but onthe flashing its show this error
