Bro try these:
1st : See the first attachment and measure the track for continuity of outer track of 3,9 and 0 upto the Mainboard to front board flex like in the picture with multimeter (darker pink colour), if there is open track then change flex or front board, if not proceed to 2nd step
2nd : remove the keypad IC and measure if there is open track from IC socket to connector(in the second attachment), if ok, then proceed to 3rd step.
3rd step : put one point of your multimeter to the pin which i pointed, and with the other endpoint check one by one of the remaining red pin, if all found continuity, replace keypad IC, 100% solved, if not, problem on CPU to keypad IC socket track

Note : Analog multimeter is recommended
