with the solution in red (offline mode) the 6630 power on in mode local or mode offline? my 6630 only show nokia letters and restart.

First try to manual format , if not solve then flash it

i had made *+3+call and it doesnt work, the pc not recognices the 6630 then i can not format with software in the pc,i need put the 6630 in mode local or test for pc recognice and format it by phoenix.
