n78 keypad solution help

i have n78 all keypad waok except option , back , cancel
i have changed all three ic beside keypad flex connector
any solution after this:confused::

First Check your Keypad Flex for Cut...

Post Proper Problem for Better Solution..

rewore volume switch & power switch 100% working for me...,:D

posible damaged....

or clean.......

Change flex for a good one. I just repair such problem last 3days
