after all these unlock it ( init sim locks )
1. use mx-key logger for imei change. you may have to rewrite full pm files. use the good one. oke....
2. if the result oke but phone went off or restarting every 5 seconds,you need to change uem and then do the first step as shown above.....good luck bro
