6280 power problem

i have 6280
i change the key pad pennal ic
ic fex ok but new problem set not on i connect on the supply
its not show palls i remove the ic and
repowring mobile but set not on
plz help me his soultion

1. If phone is charging and show charge check track from switch to connector.
2. Change or jumper both keypad ic.

i remove the ic and check it its not power on i replace ic cairfully
its connect ok
but set power problem not solve
