use hot gun open old lcd than resold all track's than put on new lcd like to see 2 dot on lcd track down match your lcd dot and sold new lcd that's all
i think ur not a tech cellphone tech it is just like how to change 1202 lcd
Very easy first good flux paste on old lcd use hot gun with medium heat on lcd remove old lcd slowly.after soldering on board lcd print take a new lcd and print by print soldering again.
