nokia 5130 when we on the set set will on show nokia then come to with white light

try to reprogram the unit.......

flash with latest version................

sir tryto reprogram higher version, if no luck i think hardware problem

just flash with higher version many time tested solution

try this befor flash............clean disply conector or change lcd.......many time it is working.............tested by me
