Nokia 5130 not connected to pc...!!

I have problem with my nokia 5130 phone whenever i try to connect it to pc it shows massage

''USB NOT RECOGNIZE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM CLICK HERE''

When click on ther it show usb ports I am try to reinstrall pc suit much time but its n ot working
plz help me what i do?

check usb connector............
