Nokia E63 Dead solution

I am New in this Forum,Please i have 2 Nokia E63 Dead, I have flash the phone no way, can someone help me.

you have to follow basic...

1.check phone have any short

2.check any components or ics damage...

and post your flashing log here .......................................

Can any one help me to switch on my E63-1 mobile. Night time set wakeup alaram and kept mobile on silent mode and slept when woke-up in the morning center mouse light is blinking and mobile got off, trying to switch on but no response, Even i removed memory card and simcard then removed battery for little time and inserted battery again try to restart mobile but its only little light on screen and getting off again and again.
Can any one help me, how to get my phone book data and messages data. i have lots of important phone numbers and inbox messages.

Please advice me what to do.

At this time not to save phone book & massage data

That's not minor problem

If possible post screen shot of info log ..

When i switch on my E63 1st-Vibrate then Screen on with little light and mouse pad light on. nothing any action or not starting mobile or not connecting mobile with computer also. Please advice me how to get switch on my mobile and my data. I did nothing at last night just set the alarm on silent mode thats it.
I need data but nothing, whatever the source pls advice me Sir, your kind help is needed in this regard.

Somebody advicing me IC jumper what is this? is it can resolve the problem?
