first remove keypad IC then check is it workin r not keypad ways from CPU till keypad IC . to test the way u need to a multimeter get multimater .it must to show ->I- ( must to peeeeep tone when connect to cables of the multimater ) . connect + cable of the multimater to GND of phone and connect - cable of multimater to point of keypad IC which comes from CPU . Multimater must show numbers min 100 or more till 2000 if no numbers remove CPU and search ways which goes to CPU .If under CPU and under Keypad IC ways which situated on main board of phone r working ( when u connect with multimater must to peeeeeeeeeeeep tone ) Reball CPU or change it . will help u .
If all keypad IC points show number then u can make JUMPER 100...0% work
