then use unlock option

write good pm and then unlock it , if say failed , then , ful erase first ,and full flash with newer version , wirte pm , then unlock ,
"contact service on battery and on cable it may be in normal mode" is
100% software problem I felt b4
so fight with sw
use last version and
special pm (modified pm file r available , in this forum itself)
try and post ur result

yes i agreed too . thats latest files .after flash ui setting
Erase full flash. and flash with 5.54 version than write good PM .will be success.
