6680 not charging,pls help

my nokia 6680 wont charge. but the display indicates charging, but the battery doesnt charge. i tryed replacing a new battery but the same fault is there. can some one pls tell me what cause this and if u can send me charging ways of nokia 6680.

this problem is thavo ic change thavo ic........100% tested

Hai,6680 network is good when i put cherger the network will down, romove cherger nw ok, what is the problem pl reffer or give me soulition. thax
