nokia 1100 UEM damaged

first my nokia 1100 is working well but i try the change firmware of phone
by tornado and than i changed succesfully it. but after than when i try the phone switch on . in the displayed network gone and after 30 seconds phon switch off automaticaly. jaff said UEM damaged replace the UEM . how can i replace the UEM... someone says it is impossible.. please help me ..

yes it is possible to change UEM, but not for newbie , its hard to change
