6170 or 7270 ????

here is 1 nokia 6170 with signal problem
when you reading the phone information showing 7270
already erased & flashed and wrote pm but still showing 7270 !!!
could someone please suggest me how to solve it ?

The problem might 've arose during packaging or someone has change the housing of the phone before selling it to you. The phone is purely 7270 and the aim of converting it to 6170 is a mirage. So, accept it as 7270 and anything you want to do should be based on 7270.
