bro i m facing a problem with 3100 it is work fine , keypad given sound, but speaker not work, speaker ok, speaker tips given reading, i hear someone a special PM file required, i also repaired two set of the same problem from the technicion in my city, but they not disclosed any hunt if you have file pls upload.
that is hardware problem .try change buzzer ic N150
if still not work check PCB connection first and reball UPP

you try to write PM first
if still no tone.do full erase and full flash,write pm
then check hardware
try flash with version 6.31.that is sofwear problem.100% work for me
