N70 hangs and drains battery

I need some advice if any of u guys have come across this problem. I have N70 which hangs after sometime and drains off the battery soon. there seems to be hardware problem as across the battery terminals I do not get correct readings on multimeter. Multimeter shows that there is some component that is leaky or short. the cell is not totally short as it comes on could it be the SMPS Ic guys ??????????????????/ plz help if u guys have come across this problem thanks........................

1.try to full erase n flash bro it should get alrit
2.then try to chek power components or hardware fault...

don't full erase if you don't know how to do it or else ur phone will be dead...try format using code ....*#7370#..or use any dongle to format or flash to higher version ...to be at safe side back up..imei and pm file before format/flash using dongle..reply post..
