.bin To .ubf/.sfl To .ubf Firmware Converter?

Hello, I´m looking for an application that converts firmware file formats from .bin (Polar Box) to .ubf (Rocker Dongle) and too from .sfl (SCout Dongle) to .ubf (Ultima flash file for Motorola ODM Rocker Dongle v1.34) for my Motorola W180.

Does anyone know of any similar software?. Answer please and thank you very much.:confused:
