Spice d90 dualsim mobile error

Hi to all
i am having one spice d90 dual sim mobile which i took 7months back..some times it is displaying error on screen.only that word appearing on screen..i went to service center,they told to format and to reload software,bcoz virus entered in phone..what should i do now?is there any tool which will remove virus from phone?if so where i can get it and how i should do that?i dont know the os of phone also...of course phone is in warranty period..but all the details i will loose..
