in my maxx 404 on off switch is short with ground and when i insert battery to the phone it on automatically and all keys are not working.

The mobile Maxx MX404 is a nice product from the MAXX mobiles. There seems to be some issue with the power supply circuitry in your mobile which is causing the irregular supply of the power and thus the mobile gets hang. What you can do is, get this changed or repaired from the official service center.
