charg voltage over limit

i have a mobile tintola t9,when connecting bettery in it ,it's showing chrge voltage over limit.after doing on by pushing on off button it's not showing and also not charging.i have changed charging ic ,all resistence or capasiter near charging ic or bettery connecter but problem is same.wt's that problem pls give me any solution...Thanks
