Dear Respected Sir,
I have problem getting the message seen on Alcatel (Model No. OT-710D TCT) whenever I turn it on which says,"Calibration wizard. Click anywhere on the screen to start calibration." but as soon as I touch on the screen, nothing happens. Just tells me to touch left, right and so on..What's the solution for that? Is this a touch screen sensor problem or, software problem? Can you please kindly tell me.
1 st change touch pad problem again do it format

install touch calibration file installed
