!Broken/Totaled Sonim XP5300 Force 3G Black |Rescue Help|!

Greetings for Masters!

Now i need a lil bit advice... One of my friend asked me for recovery their phone contacts from broken Sonim XP5300 Force 3G Black..

Since the phone is totally crushed and i cannot rescue any data via cable or jtag...It's unposible think...The last way is the desolding flash nand and making dump..

The part of dumping was done! Now there came my question about any data analyser/rescuer or emulator which i can browse in that flash content? Or there remain only pure handwork with hex editor ?

PS.
I readed many article about this..and i do not have any extra external hardware/box for that work... only flash programmer and soldering station...
