I have give a set v3 for country lock

when i unlock sp by usb smart, its unlock done

but when i on it he restart

Whats wrong

What can i do

Maybe my friend the PDS of your phone is corrupted. Try with the option REPAIR PDS and then perform a Full Flash with any flash file according with your phone.
