padfinder box software not connect

Dear sir,
my padfinder box pin search is ok (rx,tx gnd fixing ok), then i change uni mode, then i open infinity sw, select pad port but not connect phone via infinity sw (press power on buttn)

cheak the mode button otherwise the yellow coulor indicator then cheak

dear just update your pad finder and cheak eprom. if it is ok then ask with your reseller for that if that is giving same mistake then change the box dear 100% soluation
