i have here samsung sgh-j750 the problem is whenever i try to open the google icon on my phone it will restart....is this a hardware problem or a software...i already try 3 defferent firmware but still no luck...please help...or please give me a tested firmware of this thanks

do step by step
1.open the setup samsung 2g tool
2. select model j750
3. open setting model
4. select FLASH MODE
5. fillup all 4 files
6. write firmaware
7. after write files you should write imei with serial no.
update of this thread: it is already done...the procedure i used, i did not erase and write the file...after i flash on its firmware, i open the mobile then i try to reset by using this code: *2767*3588#...after entering this code the mobile will restart...and its done.
thanks to those who extend their help...i really appreciate. i hope this procedure may help those who will encounter the same problem....
