samsung d500 speaker and ringer not working

please kindly for samsung d500 speaker and ringer are not working, [i cheek flex cable and speaker, they are all okay]

I have e370 with speaker very soft tried several spaeaker even stripped good working phone and still have problem any ideas or solutions please help.............

I think its your audio ic sori me also searching for the solution to fix becoause if you remove audio ic you kill the phone awaiting the experts but they seem to be stumped becaused they dont respond even the 24 hour solution posters dont respond.

i have the same problem .
charging for some seconds and power on by himself and power off .
when i push power on not work.any help ??
