E715 No signal

Can somebody please help me with my E715! The phone start normal, no network, tried 3 good IF ICs, 1 RF IC, replace Antenna SW, UPP and some small part around IF+RF circuit, but the same result.The phone's hot( I= 0,45mA), but without IF IC, It's normal. Please help me soon!

E715 work with 900/1900 Mhz not work with 1800 Mhz please you can try reflashing with file flash of E710 it work with 900/1800 Mhz
