Authentication stage error: Server reported error: No more upgrade logs.

When I wanted to use samsung module a message just prompted use update tool not authorized.Now when I want to update this message is now showing up.Is this the end of my Hwk.Thank you in advance for your usual assistance sir Hermit.I am confused now down I attached the log.Kindly explain tome I have using the tool for the past one and half years without problem

3. No More Upgrade Logs...
HWK Module with this Serial Number was Already Upgraded. If you Already Upgraded your HWK, you need not to Upgrade it Again until Directed. If you haven't tried to Upgrade it yet, get this Error on Upgrade and Cannot run Latest Software Versions, Please Contact your Reseller
You need to Provide your Reseller at least the Following Information :
- The Date and Invoice Number of your HWK Purchase
- Full Log given to you by Upgrade Client

It prompted me to upgrade so upgrade as usually,with us we buy from third parties as buying directly it will be so costly for us as we had to pay huge bank charges through the bank.So it means there is no solution for this.I am so overwhelmed with support you offer in the forum.Thanks in advance
