1. Check/Change USB Cable & USB Post
2. Disable Anti-Virus & Firewall [If Any]
3. Run UFS Panel from Other Location [Run As Admin]

If Still Same - Box Damage [Need Repair]
If Box is in Warranty Contact Your Reseller and Ask for Replace...
