can' update my ufs3 to Hwk 2.8

i will try to hwk update client 2.08 but every time
send this messege

errore connecting UFS
HWK logging errore: -1

did you trie to reinstall the whole program ?

I have a same problem.
I was reinstall whole progrem but same.
Pls anyone help me.
