sir i need help tornado box disconected please help me

Xx.x C06EC8, , S/n: 38442
HID: E8A6213A002700DB
HWK: A1.04-PRO1
Fault in system or missing firmware
Please report this error to dealer
Selected Device, not Compatible with Software

pls.i can not connet my box when i connect it just say UFxBoot V2.2 (c) SarasSoft 2003. Id: 62 CF 1 7
UFS_USB V2.6 (c) SarasSoft 2005. S/n: 75016

UFS3 TOOLS
try this software and flash your box with version 2.6
it is more better to try with a fresh windows.....and only one time installed drivers....if you got error in windows xp.....try using win98
