Authentication stage error
I am using product UFS3 big since purchased in the year 2010.I formatted my Pc recently ..and installed updated HWK support suite v02.02.000. nw when after installation i use Hwk update client it is showing an error...the error as follows

Please please suggest me any solution for that...ASAP.I asked the vendor from whom i hav purchased.He replied he can't help.
