Problem in Installing Hwk major suite

hi,
I was using ufs-3 box and hwk software version is 2.2.0.0. I am using the windows xp operating system with service pack 2. I succesfully installed the hwk support suite and updated the box.
When i was installing hwk major suite , it was not installing. It was showing error mesage "installation process aborted. Your pc contains alien registry keys which has been removes. so update ur box with latest update client" . I was getting the above error message. Is there any latest update client. How to overcome this issue

Disable Antivirus And Try

If Still Same Remove Antivirus

If Problem Not Solve Reset Your PC After Updating Box In Update Client

If Problem Sill Same Please Post Screen Shoot

Alien Registry Keys :
You are Using Old Registry Backup to Install HWK Suite...

Follow This :

1. Uninstall "HWK Support Suite" and "Box Drivers"

2. Open "Registry Editor" and Delete All Entries from :
for 32 Bit OS : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SarasSoft
for 64 Bit OS : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SarasSoft

3. Delete "Saras Soft" Folder from : C:\Program Files [C:\Program Files (x86) for 64 Bit OS)

4. Restart System

5. Install "HWK Support Suite"

6. Open "HWK Update Client" and Update HWK Box Online

7. Install "HWK Suite"

If Problem Same : Format System. Install OS and Follow Above Steps...

[Do Not Use Old Registry Backup to Install HWK Suite]
