Z520 Always Low Batt

Help ,i Put Full Batt To Z520 Always Low Batt.
Try Already Full Flash,change Charging I/c Also Same.
Who Can Help Me.

i have the same problem i think is the pa that is bad but, i tried to change it but now the phone will not power up, maby i didnt use the proper technik to replace the pa. can some some help us.
