please help. i have a dead erom. i need to access the phone to fix it but all the software out the requires you to hold down keys on the phone, either C OR 2+5 to kkick start the drivers but i cannot switch the phone on or activate any of the keys to do this. does anyone have any ideas . on the samsung models you can get the phone in a download mode so its possible to flash it. please help the phone is dead other than having a small read light on...many thanks
