w850i when pwr on its only vibrate

i have w850i stip problem change the stip
in open set its ok then i close the set its
lcd white and blinking i open again check the stip
in open set its ok i wash the set by ctc and pwr on the set
its vibration and white screen its may be short
plz help me where is the problem

its 100% uper board problem change it problem solve tested lot of sets..........................
