k750i blank screen

Hi,

A friend who is down from UK showed me his phone(W750i). He had been using it for a while but yesterday, when swithching it on in the morning, he only got a blank white screen. The keypad lights up. Pressing the music button on the top left corner plays music but the screen just stays white.

He did mention however that this happened after opening an sms, but again, this is just a hunch. What could be the problem. He is to leave on August 23rd for UK. I would like to help if i can.

fist you have to check whether it can make/ recieve calls
if all fone functions being ok we can suspect this is a hardware (LCD)related problem

I phone part not functions as normal this may be a software problem
u have to use a tool to upload its fs
just read cruiser secton there is thread related to white screen

its just a software problem just flash once it will be done
