Its very simple to install. just set your mobile time to a back year time, such as 4-03-2009 (sample)

Open "Application Manager" of your phone then click on Option/Settings, then You will see a option name "Software Installation" Above 2other option, Open it, Then Change it to "All", After doing these,close it & try to install the Application Again !!!
