Samsung e250 limited service problem

hi there thx but if i go there it says file not found pls pls help me get my phn right....every thing works just no signal...and limeded service

an easy way to find out,,
put sim in your mob.
goto settings,networks and set the mob to manual,
it then do scan for all available networks,,
if within 30secs it not pick anything up or say no networks found,,,,then its hardware.(check pa,etc)
if however,it pic up all the networks,,,then your mob is barred/blacklisted/reported stolen..
also when you ring out,you will recieve 3 high pitched bleeps..or most samsung,say limited service

can any body solve this problem?my sam e 2230m dead but when i press *+power then set goes on with pink display only even after write flash with hwk.
