how to activate iphone locked to INITIAL CARRIER: UK TMOBILE ORANGE

Hello, I friend asked me to active a second hand iphone 5s, but i'm having trouble.

Original working simcard was Orange UK but mcc code 234 33 and 23434 does not work.

I asked for a report and this was the result:
