unistall uct driver then install correct driver if stell problum then update box firmware 1.55 i hope your problum solve

ur com port is not match first look ur com port on device manager than select same port ........ if u want more help u can contact me 09990172804
You can try tocheck forthe comm port number by using the Fusion software too. Just plug your UCT Box, if all drivers ok, then open the fusion software and it will auto-detect the Comm port number of your UCT Box.
