About credit loss


If you loose credit then please write a pivate message and do the following steps instead of creating a new thread. This is the only way to get your lost credit refunded.

1. - think about your problem: is the credit loss by your mistake?

(UE- User Error)
If yes, we cannot help you, sorry. All of us do mistakes.Next time do a better job.

2. - At the moment Sonyericsson full (CSCA logger service) unlock is working.

If you tried to used SE csca calculation (full unlock), wait 1-3 minutes but maximum 24h. If u will to cancel it, go to www.universalbox.com page. Sign in, and click on Db2020 queue. You can cancel the job and get back the credits. We cannot refund these credits, only YOU can do it by this auto process.

3. - any other problem (box gave an error at the end of processes etc-etc.)
please send us by PM (PRIVATE MESSAGE) the following things:

- send us your UB nick (universalbox.com login name, or if you click on info in universal sw, you will see)
- full log of process this is very important! (if not available, write it in pm.)

About dead boxes (device open failed)


A: If your box is not older than 6 months:
Send back to reseller, he will manage it to us, so we can repair. (ask about shipping charges).

B:Your box is older than 6 months:
Sorry, but we cannot manage to repair.
Posts about dead boxes will be deleted.

About stolen Logs.

Please be aware that credit stealing scammer(s) tries to acquire username and password in order to sell or use your credits!
There are 3 known ways how he tries to hijack accounts:

1.) Sending fake emails with a linke to a fake website to ask you to login and renew your acount. These email's headers are fake and shows info@universalbox.com as sender.
2.) Sending fake emails with software attachment (Trojan-->use antivirus!) or link to a fake website which says software update for Universalbox.
3.) Scammer contacts you by ICQ/MSN/SONORK and offers his help in order to acquire your username and password.

Main targets are resellers, but regular users can be victims as well!
You must keep in mind that we NEVER ask your password, nor we disturb you by MSN...(etc) We use the support forum instead, or we send messages by PM.
Software updates only available throught your Universalbox software.

So once again: Never give out your password and dont open UB exe files coming from msn/email !!
