All is working fine with he new client. Below is the link for new client. Please make sure to download the TRK clinet v1.1, if you continue using the olde version you will get an error that states teh user id and passwod is incorrect.

As its a third party issue, they might have sorted it out at their end, and anyways its a very old issue, please check the date.
